Waldron for State Assembly 2012 can accept contributions in amounts up to $3,900 per election ($7,800 total for primary and general) from individuals, partnerships, corporations, and PACs. Contributions are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. State and federal law prohibits reimbursing donors for their contributions.
